By Karbon, you mean the Kevlar swap case? Yes, the Kevlar swap case is thin, feel cheap, and fingerprint magnet. That's why I mentioned before, if you want the carbon feel, it will be better for you to just get the carbon fibre skin from dbrand. Confirmed will feel much better.

I believe those wood ones, e.g., Black Apricot, Bamboo, etc, should be slightly thicker than the Kevlar swap case.

I ordered the phone and Karbon back cover from Lazada on 30 Sept and received the phone yesterday. Super fast delivery!

Haven't start playing with the phone yet so cannot comment much. It seems a tad heavy to me but my husband prefers it this way.

The Karbon cover seems cheapo though...like just a sticker pasted over a plastic shell.

Wondering if it's the same for the Black Apricot cover?

Well...then i expecting mine will be receive soon since i placed order last night! haha! Black Apricot cover is wood based, i think texture wise difference from the Karbon.

Yup, I am not sure why Lazada is using "Karbon", because oneplus.net is using the name "Kevlar". So yes, they're the same thing.

Useless, that metal contact is only being used by Hydrogen OS, not Oxygen OS as has been discussed before. So unless you're using Hydrogen OS, that metal contact is useless.

Do share pictures if you receive it! I wanna see how it looks like in real life and if it is also plastic with sticker or really whole piece wood feel.

I just got my black apricot 20 mins ago. It feels I credible! Much nicer than I thought. Shame there's no wood texture to feel but the smooth matte finish is really nice to the touch. I'll go ahead and order more of the other covers!

so sexy. Black Apricot is definitely the right choice for me

feels a little like soft touch. it's a bit thicker than the Sandstone Black. You can see the little hump on the camera cutout.
