just buy from qoo lo... price increase nvm. now date changed :s22: still can use $20 coupon off and 1000 Qpoint to offset another $10.

tried to maxed out the coupon and total cost is $593. Have not tried the gift card option yet. Maybe can offset another $10 or $20. Even cheaper than LAZADA.

That makes buying from Lazada pointless already. Not to mention you still need the friggin invite. But too bad me no Q points or coupons left because they all expired. :(

That method like short cut, does it still work? I remember there was a step like that for the original OPO to flash CM11s and it resulted in a half cooked OS because you are required to properly flash over every file in the ROM zip.

Yea this method just uses OnePlus own's recovery instead of TWRP.

Me bought stuff like watches from Lazada before, can be quite good. But after this OP saga, i think its confirm they are just retailers, dont know their tech de...:s22:

According to OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei, although the company was set back by almost one full month, OnePlus is planning to unleash its “aggressive” invite rollout sometime next weekend. We’re not exactly sure how quickly the company will be able to handle over 4 million customer reservations, but this is still a step in the right direction.

I think we pretty much figured it out ourselves by this point, but at least this makes matters clear for those who are still confused.

That coupled with the aggressive invite rollout next weekend, its no wonder why Lazada pushed back the sale to 14 September. But if there is anything the SAF taught me, only believe it when it happens. ;)

It's the 64GB variant that will go on sale. OnePlus said the 16GB will only be available at a later time.

Got the last set from adix. His service still topnotch. Gave me a free glass protector. Now breathing oxygen. Has been raping the phone.. No heat. Slightly warm.
Still monitoring the battery.
