I'm curious about it too. Will give Qoo10 a call on monday to check about their refund policy on this. I thought their payment will only go to the vendor after the item has been "confirmed" by the consumer or 30 days after purchase if I didn't recall wrongly.
If I remember correctly, unless you confirm receiving the item, otherwise the money will be still with Qoo10 and not transferred to the seller
And can always cancel it as long as it is still under requesting status.

In the listing it will state "Cancellation :Within XXX days from payment date". Most of the time its within 1 day from payment which means after 24hrs the option to cancel through buyer side is no longer available even if seller has not shipped out the item. From here, you either can ask for cancellation from seller side, which is to the discretion of seller, or directly approach qoo10 to get them to cancel. Normally i use paypal for big purchases on qoo10 as an added layer of protection knowing how shiatty qoo10 CS can be.
