Just updated to official Oreo, VPN to get OTA, performed a cache wipe after. My God, the phone feels super fast and responsive now. Much better than nougat! Thanks to bro keyoke for the heads up!

u mean it's permanently white now? On nougat it changes different colour depending on the screen

official ota. vpn to canada or germany both works. download operavpn from playstore and update

I VPN to Germany but can’t find, so I VPN to Canada, immediately pop up, click install then I turn off VPN, dl speed Super fast lol! Is official OTA!

I think both also no need. Just dl the beta full zip, transfer to your 5T, go recovery wipe and flash can alr.

I see. Saw this on the official op website so tot it's better not to root, and just unlock the bootloader.:
"We do not officially support rooted users, there isn’t a good way for us to guarantee the stability of the system when the device is rooted."

Use usb cable plug to your pc and transfer. Then go to system update and select update via local storage and select the file you copied in.

I rather you download operavpn from playstore and connect to canada and go to system update and check for updates. Don't need to be so troublesome
