Installed open beta 8 liao. They finally improved on the 3rd party launcher swipe to google feed. It's nearly perfect smooth. Think got a tiny bit of stutter but not noticeable.

Are u using Singtel SIM card? If so, try to disable the Singtel TV GO app and see if it works.

Maybe you can try disabling any telco apps if u have them on ur phone. Someone else had the same problem but solved it after disabling the Singtel TV GO app.

I have solve my error 10201 issue by removing the sim card and putting them back in, after which the popup didnt appear anymore....seems like it is the sim card causing the issue.
