Whoa Amex deal is good. Think I'm going to cancel my Wdigital shopee set.they seem to have no idea when their stock will be in. I'll go for the Qoo10 Amex one.

Anyone knows if I can ask for refund if I'm under shopee guarantee?

Ziming canceled my order this morning stating pricing error. On a 12 gb at very sweet price

If you have amex, it's good. But i asked ziming If they have stocks. No reply yet. No idea how requesting refund would work though. Think seller has to approve that also? Cause they marked as shipped and ready for collection, so like cant just straight forward cancel. Argh

good price to be able to get at around 658 for those with amex :o

contacted shopee support. I will wait till later and call WDigital again.

In regards to your request, what I will able to advise is that, since you have not requested for a return refund on the order id : XXXXXXX as per my checking, please do request for the refund from your Shopee App/ Website this can hold the payment from releasing to the seller.

Please do explain on the remark regarding this issue and please attach all the conversation proof on your return and refund request as a proof. Please do as fast as possible as today is the last day until the payment to be release to the seller,

Once you have done that, we shall wait for the seller to response within the next 3 days from the date the request was raised.

If there is no response from the seller the payment for the item will be auto refunded back to your Credit Card as it was the initial mode payment used for this order.

Once the return refund is accepted, please be advised that the process will take 7 to 14 working days to be completed.

But if we proof like screenshot that they did not fulfil their obligation of delivering the goods. Got chance right ? I think now they purposely don't want to reply at all now to stall for time, not even a holding reply because that might be used against them if we are in for a refund.

they just reply a friend who ordered that just arrived or what. they try send out today
i call in ask they said call back and check in afternoon. their news is today will reach. :s12: if today can take i don't mind just get liao. lazy to wait, also no AMEX to make use of promo. Ziming also no reply yet. :/ maybe is also another put low price to hook people in then make you wait also

They replied me that it will be in by Friday which is the last day of the extended Shopee gaurantee period after which I will not be able to refund. Then it's up to them to play around. I got Amex card but Ziming like a weird weird one and no credible reliability.
