Before, I was looking at Mi 9 Pro and realised is a MIUI. If MIUI is removed or replace with Android One, then is perfect. I going after the SD 855. Currently using HTC U11 with SD 835.

wise choice. yes, but for me even if mi 9 comes with android one i will still go with oxygen OS anytime as it provides good and useful customization which still maintaining a almost stock android feel

one thing for me for samsung is the battery life isnt really well optimised unlike OP, battery life is better for me on OP despite the slightly bigger batt on samsung also my OP is running auto switch reso and 90hz all the time. standby time for samsung is just very bad, compared to oneplus. not sure if is due to the OS or the exynos chipset

get export set better, i find the local support not worth the 150 as u dont know when will change again and users will be left hanging there halfway

haha. ya lor. I think it might be a combination of more samsung services built in, and also exynos. OP standby drain is really good. I think this being the 4th distributor already sour the experience for local buyers already. Even though I think they took over the warranty support for older local devices too, it's just too uncertain liao. And last year OP6T I even hooted local set. haha. This year give up liao. export all the way.

But that said MisterMobile seems to be a decent shop at least. Bought used phone from them a few times before, and have dealt with them in regards to warranty too. They gave like 1 month for the used phone and they really did honour it when I found an issue later on one of them. So my experience with them has been good at least. maybe being casetrust accredited really makes a difference? haha. But still ah.... the pricing... Not sure if OnePlus is providing stocks at too high price or what. a bit hard to swallow.

i believe so, there is still some bloatware in their phones, but better then last time. samsung s10+ i can only last for 1.5 days with about 5 hours SOT, with oneplus i am now at 2.5 days, 3hours SOT with 35 percent batt remaining

might be because of oneplus too as looking at HK sets, the price is sky rocket compared to china set

If you mean the one they posted on Facebook local set for like 699SGD for 6/128GB, it's a no for me. Can get export OP7 for cheaper, and that's the base 8gb/256gb model. Better specs, fingerprint sensor, vibrator, dual speakers.

Do you think it is worth to buy Oneplus 6T at this time with the price drop?

You need to use a Canadian VPN. Also India according to the OP forums. It immediately show up. It seems they started the update there first.

haha. but i have to say though, samsung does good localisation sometimes. Not talking about the BS preloaded SGSecure app la, but things like Samsung pay for transit. They added features to let people use without turning on screen unlike Google Pay. Then you can collect points and rewards and what not. haha.

I think the red looks too loud actually. still love the gray more . Each AMEX card can hoot 1000coins in total at 15% off. So can try. if your friend not using it to buy anything tell him you helping him to accumulate spending on the card lor. haha. Now still not sure about the local pricing though. depends on how particular about warranty?

Cause if compare the price with promo, OP7P 8GB/256 i bought at around 925 with normal q*coins promo and the qoo10 coupon at that time. Local set is 1168, and the most coupon i've see was 100 off making it 1068. so around 150 difference?

They roll out in region, some of them they use VPN or OnePlus updater, that’s why. Not you slow, is they fast.

just received this TPG and applied.
working like it should. application wasn't perfect. this is my 1st time using and applying a loca glue TPG.
got a small stain mark 3mm up from the bottom of the screen. other than that its pretty good. fingerprint sensor working like it should. fast! i did redo my fingerprints for accuracy tho
