Exactly how I'm using mine. I don't use Google Pay. Just install the EZ-Link app and you should be good to go

ETA: Re-read your question again, let me clarify. I'm currently using an NFC Sim - that's what I'm using.

But I just checked EZ-Link app - and yes, you may scan your existing card to the app

Guys,
you can now activate VOLTE without root!

DL Minimal_ADB_Fastboot_v1.4.3 and run the following:

1.adb reboot ftm
2.adb shell
3.setprop sys.usb.config diag,diag_mdm,qdss,qdss_mdm,serial_cdev,dpl,rmnet,adb
4.Open PDC and choose india_vodafone and activate it (as usual guide)
5.adb reboot

Tested working on my OP8P

1.Turn on VOLTE and VOWIFI switch via old logkit

2.Turn on usb debugger on your phone

3. Run this adb command
- adb reboot ftm
- adb shell
- setprop sys.usb.config diag,diag_mdm,qdss,qdss_mdm,serial_cdev,dpl,rmnet,adb

5.Run this adb command
- adb reboot

6.Go to your Settings Wi-Fi & Internet > SIM & network > SIM 1/2 > Toggle on VoLTE/VOWIFI

Not much info either. Not working on mine, pdc doesnt detect the modem. Shall try it later when im free.

Hi all, updated my guide to reflect on how to activate volte on Android 11:

Guide to enable VoLTE (Android 11)

1. Download and install these 3 files from the link below:
QPST (Install on PC)
Qualcomm Driver (Install on PC, select WWAN option)
Oneplus logkit (Install on phone)

2. Install the files as mentioned on PC/Phone

3. Download and install minimal adb fastboot

4. At phone dialer, key in *#800# > oneplus logkit > Function Switch > Tick "VoLTE Switch"

5. Reboot the phone

6. Go to your Settings Wi-Fi & Internet > SIM & network > SIM 1/2 > Toggle on VoLTE

7. Go to your Settings > About Phone > Tap on Build Number 7 times to activate Developer Options

8. Go to Settings > System > Developer Options > Toggle on USB Debugging

9. Launch minimal ADB and fastboot installed on Step 3

10. Enter the below commands


adb reboot ftm
adb shell
setprop sys.usb.config diag,diag_mdm,qdss,qdss_mdm,serial_cdev,dpl,rmnet,adb


10. Launch PDC Software on your PC

11. Select the Qualcomm WWAN Adapter



12. Right Click "Oversea-Commercial_DS", deactivate Sub0/Sub1 (Sub0 is SIM1, Sub1 is SIM2)



For me, M1 sim is in Sub0, so i only deactivate Sub0

13. Scroll down, and find and Right Click India-VoLTE-Vodafone > Set SetSelectedConfig > Sub0/Sub1



14. Once done, click on the Activate button below to activate the VoLTE Profile



15. Reboot your phone

16. If everything is successful, the VoLTE icon will appear on status bar

FAQ:
1. Encountered error: "*******connect to device failed
Solution: Search your PC for EFS Explorer (1 of the module from the QPST software installed on Step 1), select your phone from the list and let EFS explorer read the directory of your phone. Then, perform Step 10 to 15 again. PDC will run slow as EFS Explorer is running concurrently with PDC.

The reason for needing to run EFS Explorer to run together with PDC is to allow connection to your phone to set VOLTE profile

2. What happens if VOLTE is gone after an OTA update?
Solution: Perform Steps 9 to 16 again

Yup. Have to reinstall qpst.

I also encounter issue that the pdc cant connect to my phone. Have to launch efs explorer then the pdc can connect to the phone
