guys, please get the facts right. oneplus SG is NOT mistermobile. mistermobile is only the authorised service center! they are authorised reseller for oneplus phones. So, they ARE NOT the same entity

understand that you mean entity but ultimately we only care whether if there are local warranty and in any case those holding on to orders from oneplus sg(lazada) are mostly still waiting for the pop up box.

that i have no comments. they are working on a 2 man team. and there are tons of orders. delays are not just by oneplus alone but also by the local delivery companies too due to covid 19 situation

pop up box only available via lazada anyways. if dont need pop up box and want fast, mistermobile is the best bet

If got popup box worth it to wait from Lazada. If left sandstone case then kinda stupid to wait so long. Official stall need to do better than resellers man.

Actually Lazada 3-5 days still ok. Most bros here who are still waiting for delivery because your sets are preorder pop-up box one right?

If i order from Lazada now for OP8 does it come with sandstone case? or just the transparent case?

only transparent case. free sandstone case is only during preorder period
