Hi all, would like to find out from those using 8 Pro and starhub, does the 5G on starhub work on the 8 pro? As it works on the s20 ultra when I'm at malls like CWP, Northpoint and NEX etc. Contemplating a switch.

Hi all, between oneplus 8 pro and Xiaomi mi 10 ultra, which will you recommend? The 8 pro infrared camera was disabled is it?

Nowadays phone excited me lesser and lesser compare back in the time we have palm, windows phone, symbian S60, Symbian UIQ, so much variety.. now we only have IOS and Android.. and IOS pretty much the same thing every year to me, that why i am still stick with my iPhone X till now...

As for android.. although it has more option and diff flavor yet it doesn't excite me much year after year.. nowadays i look for think that works for me 1st and spec champ second...

Samsung pay really impress me.. with the level of convenience especially for commuting but their processor its a diff story.. is not that exynos not serving its purpose well it just that there are SD865+ model and not much price diff..
why should i buy exynos... is like both are BMW but 1 with normal engine another have the sports engine.. but same price..

In the end i parted with my Oneplus 8 Pro ultra marine.. after a final struggle tapping repeatedly at the gantry going down bugis.. and come back home with Z Flip.. LOL... the only SD chipset local set samsung phone in singapore.. at least what i think.. it may not have fancy 120hz display, qHD screen, fancy camera setup, but it scan QR and tap in n out without even needed to flip it.. that works for me... i guess that is a keeper.. :s13:

I don't mind xiao mi phone but i hate MIUI with a passion... so never really consider it...

I have the first poco before and first thing i unlock its bootloader and move to pixel experience rom.

Psa.. updating to android 11 beta will cause google pay nfc to stop working.. not sure if it's cos it's beta version..

Haven't noticed it, will try it out over the weekend. But I'm just on the normal 4G plan, not their 5G one yet.

Just had a chat with one of the sellers on Shopee. They sell exports set with 1 year seller warranty also (not official oneplus warranty though). Much lesser price and considering no Gpay issues in export sets, I feel it's better to get it.
