The problem is due to TT also using BT 2.4Ghz and doing frequency hopping. There are so many devices using this same channel and thus the chance of your BT connection dropping is higher as compared to last time cos now everyone is using BT due to TT.

It will happen to every phone.
Nothing much you can do about it when you enter a very densely populated location

StarHub have volte leh for the latest OTA by default. Have u updated?
