Oh my.. what a collection. Which is your fav "ONCEPLUS" hahahha

Sent from HUAWEI Mate 20X using GAGT

quite like the OP7 when it came out back then. Price was still quite reasonable (especially since i bought china unit).

In theory it should ah. But I dunno leh if 65w will generate alot more heat even tho their thermal system quite good from reviews. But from my experience usually 1 year can feel the diff Liao, 2 years no need say sure cui

about 20mins+ on the 65W charger at this point.

If we turn on optimized charging does it still charge at 65w?

not sure if they will regulate charging speeds, but my guess is no. from what i know, the optimised charging feature is more for like overnight charging. it try to learn you sleeping habits so that when you plug in before sleep, the phone will charge to 80% then stop, then based on your sleeping habits they charge it before you wake up. Unless they changed it with Android 11, but didn't hear anything about that.

For me it's impossible to test that since i have no daily routine and my sleeping habits are atrocious. Also, I almost never charge my phones overnight one. :s13: But i'll try turning on optimised charging for my next charging cycle to see if the speed is the same haha.

Anyway, also related to charging, 0-100% under 40mins is legit. Also tested with 3rd party ugreen c to c cable (that they say support up to 60W), 0-100% in under 50mins, so that's nice as well. heard androidcentral mention the powerbrick support Programmable Power Supply also

GaN is a technology, like ur straw made of plastic or metal.

Either way only oneplus dash charger will be able to do the 100% in 40 mins thing because they have proprietary chip inside that does the fast charging

yeah. iirc it's part of PD3.0. It doesn't mean much for the OP8T probably since i think there are still proprietary stuff in their charger that enables the full 65W, but it's just if you have other devices that needs PPS for get faster charging (like the note10+'s 45W charging), this should be able to do that. :s13:

I using MVNOs leh. no volte

I just realised something... For OP8T the supplier changed. it is now SINOPPEL which is the same supplier for realme, oppo here in SG... So maybe that's why it just lists as 2 years warranty on lazada.

Oneplus 8T series, servicing will be at Oppo service center instead of Mistermobile

They are doing some internal shuffling

Interesting interesting. Like that might be worth it going for lazada even tho it's more ex by 150 to 200 since we can go to official service center if got any issues?
