Singapore service center from oneplus 8, 8 pro and below is third party shop always (mistermobile, or the one at Queen Street).

Oneplus 8T onwards service center is at Oppo Suntec and if u check at IDA website, registered company is same as Oppo, realme etc

So since Oppo just took over, they replied a feedback about volte in facebook and stated they are working on it

Is Oppo taking over local OnePlus distribution? Oppo phones prices are very uncompetitive in SG...i don't know if that bodes well for future OnePlus phone prices..

Oppo service in my experience has been quite positive. But don't expect too much as Singapore service standards is in the gutters in general.

To be honest I wanted to get the Find X2 Pro until I tried out ColorOS 7. Holy crap that UI is utter garbage compared to everything I've used before including MIUI. Heard ColorOS 11 is better but it's still in beta.
