Put it this way.

The new generation of consumers especially so the younger Gen. would preferred spec over price.

So, they are more willing to pay the higher price for good spec rather than pay little less for sub par spec.

It is different and a lot of mindset has changed over the past 5 to 8 years or so.

I’m with you on this...

Not sure with that so called camera branding, does it really help in camera quality, colour accuracy or just like all other Chinese OEMs overhyping.

Quote from Dave2D: “They would look like clowns if this partnership does nothing”.

Wow, OnePlus damn is getting really expensive and it’s not like what it use to be with its affordability and clean stock android like UI, yet once you buy it and in future if going re-sell / trade in the value is not that high.

Singapore uniqueness top resell value: 1. Apple and 2. Samsung, the rest of the brand follow behind in terms of flagship phones. Not sure if other countries also like that. ;)

Quote from how Taiwanese always say: 这CP值高不高? :D

seems like there's no official store for 1+ in SG? how can we view the sample phones to feel the phone and test out its specs?

any idea when will 1+ 9 pro be available in SG?

Jia lat. been skipping one after another. I’ve been holding on to OnePlus 8 till now. Usually I tend to change phone to try new interesting flagships. Nowadays all either just seems meh. Like no urge to change phone already seeing all these recent releases.

Oh well, shall see if pixel 6 is worthy.

Small market, less aggressive/demanding customers and many who simply don't care. That's why they can do this over and over again in Singapore.

The price really making me to think twice.

Xiaomi11 looks like a better contender

Same. Using 8pro and its as good as anything out there. I normally like to sell and change when there's still good value but no phone this year making me have the urge. Haiz.

I guess this time round the pricing really turn off hahaha. It really awkward to price around samsung, Apple. Really nothing put them infront other then that sd 888. Which xiaomi 11 already have and specs are quite similar.
