this is a joke

gaming should not be throttled but the heat issues and battery with the camera should be addressed

using the camera at 4k60 = less than 5 mins video and limited by the firmware is a joke

at 8k, u cant even reach 3mins before the phone overheats

also using at 4k30 will drain the battery

as for gaming, most mobile games are not optimized anyway and it's clear that game devs don't care which is why you need the better specs

as a phone, it's fine except that the vibration/silent mode is useless.

it's also missing the led light on android phones when u have messages/calls and have the pointless ambient display instead which means that the screen is always on

not worth the 900$ pricetag honestly.

should be cheaper

now got .7.7 out, but it throttles even more

how do you all scan the tracetogether device? like not very sensitive, sometimes takes awhile to register...

i been using the tracetogether.. very sensitive and register faster than my iphone 12..

i only mentioned the led light cus the vibration is useless on the phone

u can hardly feel it at all so the light serves as a replacement to notify you that you got message/calls altho it's still kinda useless

Should be able to. I think currently the color OS is only for china market. I think should wait for the global color OS to be released

Yes it's not working for this telco, unfortunately. You will need to use the TPG voice app for OnePlus 9.

I do have strange issue with DBS banking app also, mine is OP7T, the problem is after few day I had to restart the phone, else even I can log on the DBS app but I can't scroll down and go to other tap, the touch is not response, this only happen after update to Android 11, clear catch or data doesn't help

I found a fix to this. Seems like it's a Google issue on older OP devices. To fix:

1. Go to playstore, look for Android System Webview by Google LLC.
2. Press Uninstall
3. Reinstall back the update
4. Restart phone

Mine was resolved after the above..

Too bad the same issue come back again, had to restart the phone to get DBS app work again
