Just upgraded my oneplus 9 le 2110 with india rom to android 12 upgrade c44 and lost 5G with singtel. Anyone with same problem? How to solve?

i upgraded my CN 9 pro to OOS12 .c44 yesterday and i seem to have lost 5G too, but i somehow solved it by putting it in sim 2 and making sure 5G is working, and then swap it back to Sim 1 and it somehow worked alr

Need a kind soul to help try out for me.. Cause if upgrade to c44 and no tpg volte, using the voice app sux

i updated mine CN one to C44 yesterday and it seem to have volte on TPG

I have downgraded from Android 12 to Android 11, due to the fact that the new Android 12 has bad battery lifespan and the OS was very buggy (system will often hang and have to force to reboot manually). Will wait for more stable Android 12 then.

Using Android 11 (Oxygen OS 11.2.10.10.LE25AA) with Singtel 5G has no problem. The small trick is to put the sim card in slot 2 first, and then put back in slot 1.

I am not sure whether Singtel 5G will work for this trick using Android 12. Maybe this will work?

doesn't happen for me on C44 version though
so far so good.... battery life seems to have improved too

i didn't upgrade straight to c44 from a11 though
I upgraded to c39 frm a11 when it first came out then incremental all the way to c44

In case anyone buy those glue on tempered glass protector, do remember the phone is not flat behind, the glue will run because its tilted and drip off.

Er didn't know OS12 would be so bad and the battery life of the phone is getting quite bad on my fx3pro so op9p could be a good option since op10p doesn't seems that good too. Revert back to os 11 have to wipe the entire phone iirc

the base code of Oxygen OS now is also Color OS too.... so i don't know whether changing to Oneplus 9 Pro will be a viable solution for you.....

Personally im quite inclined to upgrade to Oneplus 10 Pro for the bigger battery and LTPO 2.0 but Oxygen OS is not available yet as its not launched globally yet

So.... can only wait and see first

Find x5 Pro seems to be launching next month, with a bigger battery. You might want to take a look at that one.

Also, the quality of Oneplus 10 Pro's ultrawide camera is a significant downgrade from last year's 9 Pro (the sensor size shrank from 1/1.56" to 1/2.76").

Whatsapp notification works totally fine on OP9P for me

thanks for the recommendation , saw the leak photos but dont really like the design .
n yah thats was one of the reason why i went for op9p instead of op10p , nth big difference in terms of upgrade to 10p n the camera bump design wasnt my liking too.

The only problem with Oppo local sets is the Find x series launches with a ridiculous price. You have to wait for a few months until it drops to a reasonable price. 1599 for the Find x3 Pro when it was launched is not worth it. I expect the Find x5 Pro to be similarly priced if not higher.

just bought 1 and upgraded to c44. funny I don't encounter any issue mention above except the battery sucks.

maybe can try factory reset after upgrading to c44
