anyone considered buying from China (maybe taobao or aliexpress) and then just flashing the Chinese ROM back to the global ROM?

Was reading the process online, seems to be pretty straightforward, no need to unlock bootloader etc.

That's why i say the only thing that stands out for the nord is that it's 5g ready

But 5g isn't even on horizon any time soon. Singapore has said it intends to be fully 5g capable by 2025. and even then u know they won't just turn off 4g like a tap and leave that group people in the lurch. They already took so many donkey years to turn off pager services

If they price it right then maybe got better chance of selling here

Its pretty easy... mine OP6 is bought from China, ownself flash.

strangely... the Nord can take 4K@60 videos using the selfie cam...

But main camera can only take 4K@30

My only worry is about nfc for transportation. Ever since Op8 series local set has this issue (do refer op8 thread for more info).
