I hopped over OnePlus community forum and it looks like quite a few people are having problems with WhatsApp Web, and generally connectivity issues during standby.

Also by the looks of it... might as well you and I talk through PM lah. It seems like only the two of us here have the Nord :s13::s13::s13:

Must keep the Nord flag flying mah. Keep bumping the thread.

Delay the inevitable. Lol

ooohh.. whatsapp WEB. I read it as whatsapp APP. :s13:

Yalah. I have this problem also.

Lets see if we can find out how to fix it

Edit: Try this

1) under battery and apps settings, turn off all batt optimization and give full bg data access to whatsapp. Notifications also set to high importance.

2) Turn off wifi and then run whatsapp web via mobile data.

When I did the above, whatsapp web started working fine. After that, I changed back all the batt & app settings, leaving only notifications on high importance. I turned on wifi also.

Only thing now is that whatsapp turns on screen every few mins or so and I get the notification bubble showing whstapp web. Very irritating

I found the best way to fix this issue -- keep your phone plugged to the charger :s13::s13::s13: WA Web never disconnected even once during charging.

The screen goes off. When WhatsApp messages arrive, the screen doesn't turn on too, but I think that is because I didn't set it as a high priority notification.

This however is not a real solution :s13: We bought a mobile phone, not a landline phone that has a cable and stays in one place :s13::s13::s13:

Ah yes AC2003, I'm transferring data from my iPhone 11 Pro. Computer indicated AC2003 when I connected to the Nord.

From iOS to Android? Woah. Not usual. Even more unusual is you are switching from Apple's current flagship phone to a small Android manufacturer's mid-range.

Or are you using this like a second device?

I hope you didn't buy it from the same Q10 seller I bought from :s13: Although you should receive the phone a lot sooner now that they have ready stock available.

the qoo10 seller has stopped selling on qoo10 already and moved to shoppee

i think too many bad reviews until he cant take it liao

I do swap between ios and android. Usually work phone I use ios and personal android, offloaded the iPhone as 12 is coming out and to minimize losses, decided to offload the iPhone first. At the same time wanted to try the OP Nord so I got it to replace the iPhone

Did you all get random restarts? I am seeing it once a day so far.

hhmm... maybe once before, but in general no. But then again, I restart phone after every charge. :s13: Just a habit of mine.

PSA: Looks like 12gb/256 is back in stock for OP Shopee
