1. How long is the warranty, if any?
VBA provide 7 day exchange warranty. After which there will be 1 year manufacturer warranty covered by OnePlus in China. VBA will send back to OnePlus for Servicing Free of Charge (FOC) during the first 90 days. After the 90 day period, there will be a $40 shipping charge.
2. What kind of coverage will the manufacturer warranty provide?
The 1 year manufacturer warranty cover manufacturing defects. This does not cover water damage or broken screen. If the report from OnePlus shows damage due to Liquid/Water damage, the warranty will be void and we will return the set back to you.
Do Note that This Does Not Cover Software Issues such as the CyanogenMod and/or conflicts due to certain apps installation.
Also, do note that for any exchange requests due to dissactisfaction with display screen issues such as discolouration or dead pixels, we reserve the right to send the set back to OnePlus for exchange rather than have a 1-1 exchange on the spot.
3. Which version is your OnePlus? Does the OnePlus phone comes with CyanogenMod 11S?
We are selling the China version which comes with ColorOS but all our phones have been flashed to CyanogenMod 11S. In order to do this, the box will be opened so please do not be alarmed as the box will come unsealed.
4. Do you sell OnePlus phone with ColorOS?
Yes but please remark/note that you want the OnePlus phone with ColorOS. Lead time will be about 7-10 days as we need to bring in sealed box.
I guess the good thing is we can always switch to what we like. For the longest time I've always rooted BECAUSE I wanted the ring lock. I still like it the most.
