Bro, I may not be an expert in shipping, export, mobile phone purchase all this, but I am quite experienced in tinkering with android and linux systems and I can tell you one thing. The only way to confirm the Snapdragon processor is to open up the phone and physically inspect the chipset.
It is very easy to fool Android into thinking the processor is something else, in fact, all the fake S5s do that. They have Mediatek chips, but the system information reads Snapdragon.
You just need root access and to edit the build.prop file found in /system to change any detail of the phone, from name of phone, to model, to rom version, ect ect. It's how fake Samsung S5s come about in the first place. So how do you check if your OPOs are genuine? Please let us know the process, because to my knowledge, opening up the phone to inspect the processor = immediate warranty void. Which is why I'd rather not take my chance and risk it.
