Boot to recovery and try to use ADB to connect?

whats adb?

how to go recovery?

i held both power and vol down buttons i got the fastboot mode head then the phone stuck at the screen again

if your phone cant boot up and you see no folders when plugged into usb is normal.

its a security function.

its the same as if you lock your phone then plug in usb. wont see any folders still you unlock the phone

Honestly don't bother with this phone.

Phone good, but CM rom is terrible.

If you're on SingTel lagi worse because they don't support EAP-SIM authentication so your SingTel Wifi is completely unusable.

The CM team is f*cked up, let the fame get into their head. Obvious bugs don't want to fix, keep stripping features that users want for the sake of making the rom "not hacky".

The cm rom is unstable. Lots of rebooting for no reason.

Mine pretty much is a paperweight now. Didnt do anything except for that ota update which i had no choice anyway.

Not only hangs everyday just surfing easy apps like chrome.. or just browsing thru pictures but i also had the yellow band which honestly they should have fixed ages ago.

Switched back to my s3.

if you are a novice user of android phone and do not want to learn about adb, rooting etc, definitely this phone is not for you. cynogenmod is never a stable OS in the first place, there will be bugs.

Plus singtel wifi is useable if you know how to configure it. like i say, if you are a novice user who does not even google to set up the wifi without the EAP-SIM authentication and need the phone to spoon feed you with everything, this is DEFINITELY not the phone for you.

i am using singtel wireless@sgx well enough and some negative comments are there cause they dont know how to configure and dont even bother rto find out.

for singtel wireless@sgx, type *9434 to register your phone number if you have not. follow the steps given to create and change you password if you want to. after all this is done, go to the wifi setting and look for wireless@sgx and connect to it. press and hold to modify the settting. go to eap method and choose "PEAP", phase 2 authenication "MSCHAPV2", identity "your mobile no@stm" and password "xxxxx" and save it. it should work after all this is configured and will connect to the wireless when available.
