i'd successfully rooted plus customer recovery . so what can i do now ? heard on this thread that some ppl under volt it to get longer battery life and such . how do i do that ? need to flash any kernel or apps ?

which rom to recommend or stock cm11s is good ?
any laojiao can advise =D

If you don't know what you are doing, then don't try. Playing around with kernel settings are for people who know what to do.

Anyway no point undervolting to get just another few mins of battery life, not like can make it last another 24 hrs. Usually for bragging rights nia.

Also if you undervolt too much, can cause phone to crash or go into bootloop if not careful.

Bro, how to solve the issues?
Share...share here... Singaporean helping Singaporean.

I actually reflashed CM11S 38R and now trying to observe its behavior. Read somewhere that they mentioned something about the WiFi or something.

Getting a replacement would be a bitch. Read in their forums that they try not to replace your unit and even if they do, it'll take months. I'm just lucky this phone I'm only using for work. Or else I'll get damn annoye . Lol.

Oh ya. Flashed franco kernel #27. So far so good. Have yet to see the random reboot . Anyone out there facing the same issues?

They will help you ship phone from US to your doorstep if you engaged their service.

You can always buy from HWZ sellers or ebay. If u want to get direct, u should put effort to learn.

Yeah if you don't mind newish phones too. A number of us buy and then sell off the OPO after a short while.

Me thinking of parting with my OPO bought in September as I've got a new Note 4.....:D

Yes, usually reflash should solve the rebooting issues. Sometimes it is caused by a rouge app, uninstall it will do.

I believe nobody's phone will keep rebooting out of the box. Just take a step back & think what was the last thing u did & the rebooting started.

Stop whining, not all apps are compatible with CM rom.

Oh no, I wasn't referring to u about the whining.

I'm referring to those insisting OPO is a problematic phone, those antis.

ahhh my bad. to be fair, I think almost all other phones have their issues. what more from a start up company that makes negligible (if any) profits from their products?

Usually when I buy something cheaper than what's in the market, I tell myself "you get what you paid for". Lol.

OPO is a decent phone, at the very least. Look past its shortcomings and its an awesome phone.

Want something that works perfectly out of the box with hardly any issues? buy Apple.
