Hmm i'm also on singtel 4G plan. My G2 can get 4G but my OPO can only get H+ even though i set to 4G. My OPO is running CM11.

Both China and International OPO supports LTE bands 3 and 7 which is what all 3 telcos in SG are using. Maybe that particular spot no LTE coverage? Unless you got another phone on LTE and the same network side by side?
