guys...
my phone is bought from adix and he helped me to flash from colorOS to CM11. after all the updates, it is now CM11 44S.

I would like to root and flash it to CM12.

i read through these 2 threads in the OPO forums,

and i am abit confuse over it. The 2 threads has the unlock bootloader section and will wipe everything off from the phone.

Can anyone advise which part to complete first ?

u didn't try to send back to china OPO? they have all sorts of warranty, screen shattered la, water damaged la, all got warranty one.

???????????

How did it get water damaged? Dropped in soup?

Bro, was doing business in the toilet. Placed phone n wallet on the paper holder but the paper holder cover not locked and it flipped open. Need not explained further lol..

You must unlock bootloader first before anything else.

But you already on CM11S, should be rooted liao what. Just flash a custom recovery via Flashify then flash CM12.

but i installed an app called the Card Explorer and it says the phone is not rooted leh... :s11:

If yours is a third party upgraded, chances your bootloader already been unlocked.

Do the following. No data loss.
1. Boot phone to Boot loader (power + Vol Up)
2. Connect phone to Windows. Install drivers.
3. run "fastboot oem device-info"

Hi! Anyone using Orzly SP? Any idea how to ship one over?
Their official UK website does ship over but it will cost about SGD 45++. So ex for just a SP

actually most probably bootloader is still locked as you don't need to unlock bootloader to change from Color OS to CM11s...You still need to unlock the bootloader after flashing CM11S if it is not already done so...
