you sure Qoo10 is more expensive than lazada? Lazada's 64gb price is 599. The qoo10's seller price is 578 during timed sale and if u have q-points u can use it to further offset the price. Chances are, both lazada and qoo10 are china vendors selling chinese stock so warranty is non-existent.

look......lazada is similar to sites like ebay, aliexpress and qoo10 where its just a platform for various vendors to hawk their goods. Products are not from lazada themselves so whatever terms and stipulations listed are from the vendors themselves. If you think qoo10 is not safe, same risks applies to lazada.

Buy from ppl whom you trust that they can deliver the phone and warranty. Some ppl goes for the quality and good after-sales so they willing to pay slightly more. Some buyers doesnt bother just buy the cheapest available then when phone got problem then starts to complain. So just chose out wisely and don't regret

Whether ebay or whatever platform so long the seller got the money and withdraw it immediately. The platform cant do anything to recover your money as well. I kena before in Ebay over 1K usd. Thats the schooling price I paid for learning lol.
