Buying from china sellers using PP is like that, its their SOP, once PP release their money they will withdraw it out within mins then by the time u file dispute there is nothing the bank/cc can do to return your money. I alway tell anybody wanna buy from China thats the risk you got to take, if the things is wrong or faulty this is the worst it can happen.
