Guy any recommended tempered glass screen protector and casing?
need to prevent minimum damage to the phone when drop.
Using the godosmith tempered glass sp from Aliexpress. Used it for days only but here are my thoughts so far
Pros: oleophobic coating is excellent, quite fingerprint resistant on front view (of course you can see more from side) and the coat really lets your fingers glide on the glass smoothly. Application of the sp is extremely easy.
Also comes with an alcohol swab, static film to attract dust and a lens cloth.
Cons: the layers of the tempered glass are not perfectly fused on the sides, mild blemishes on very small areas towards the side (can see thin blemishes instead of being fully transparent). Potentially qc issue.
Anyway, about 9 USD for that SP. Just a little underwhelmed because the reviews were excellent.
contemplating on whether or not to get OPO 64Gb version.
anyone received set with yellow tint issue? international set?
and, must flash custom rom to get the set to work in SG network and get apps like play store?
Yellow tint issue is common probably on the bottom 10% of screen.
On newer batches, yellow tint is probably only visible when you turn your brightness down to 0 or when you're on a white/gray background with relatively low brightness. It is not noticeable if you increase the brightness or use it under daylight, that's my personal experience.
