I have an international set. Yes, real nice deal. Costs cents for them, but it saves people hassle of either cutting their MicroSIM or getting an adapter for a NanoSIM.

Plus One more reason for iphone peeps to switch to the One!

Unfortunately ART will break some of the daily apps and games that I'm using.

If rooted, there's another way to smoothen the experience. Flash the smooth scrolling mod.

So far not facing any lag or severe stutter on my phone.

Reporting in that OTA 38R is available locally/my phone!

My One is boot unlocked and rooted. Tried to flash unmod 38R zip on TWRP with no success, and decided to wait OTA. Just checked for updates on the phone and voila! It's available!

RAW image format on OnePlus One - YouTube posted a video on a bug with the RAW mode already.

Out of the box, Chinaland OPO comes with ColorOS hor. No CM11S, no Cyanogen printing. BUT, see the Cyanogen printing at the back, doesnt mean you're getting the International version also. The back cover is removable. (International OPO also from Chinaland.)
