Cause at the back of international set write cyanogen mah, so pple will know your set is legit . Anyway now that cyanogen n opo bei gum liao, it will Becum a moot point soon enuff

No diff to me, just the make yourself feel good factor..hardware same, flash to official cm will also receive ota, just one cover which can be easily purchased..

Hmm, I guess there are some differences like the antenna bands for the china version. Also in terms of software updates etc, not all users are experten who can flash and update their software bah. Not sure abt the pricing buying direct from opo compared to third party shops here selling the china versions

Bands yes if u happen to be in USA..

Some sellers offers to help flash CM in instead of ColorOS like my set..

Global OPO:
GSM: 850, 900, 1800, 1900MHz
WCDMA: Bands: 1/2/4/5/8
LTE: Bands: 1/3/4/7/17/38/40

Chinese OPO:
GSM：850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
TD-SCDMA：1880-1920 / 2010-2025
WCDMA*：2100 / 1900 / 850 / 900(Band 1, 2, 5, 8)
TD-LTE：2570-2620 / 1880-1920 / 2300-2400

There will be pple who mind such things lah. For example I remember when technobuffalo reviewed the oneplus, I remembered vividly that pple were hitting on them cause the unit they used was a china export set since it didn't have the cyanogen at the back. In hindsight, the specs are the same but will have pple mind one

I'm using daleski's CM12 nightly, seems to be more stable than that with no issues so far. Would recommend flashing this.
