There were some changes made to the notification system in Lollipop. For me, I adapted by pressing volume down and then toggle ring to vibrate mode icon.

I thought silence the phone just press volume down until the sound is off?

I used to toggling the notification page where I can just silence the phone with one touch and vice versa.

I see. I was supposed to get the OPX from them at 7pm, SMS them many times before and after 7pm, no reply and then this guy called Calvin SMS to me to re-arrange to tomorrow. I am damn disappointed. My first time dealing with them.

Think depends also. His schedule sometimes weird one, sometimes very smooth.

I suggest you plan 1 day before would be better.
