I buy stuff from online stores all the time and even from oversees suppliers. Online shopping scams have become quite common lately, so I agree that it is important to shop with caution. By virtue of being online merchant myself, I know a thing or two when it comes to finding reliable online stores. Before you buy anything online, check to see how long the store has been in operation. You can get this information from the website's About US page. This precaution however may not be enough. Make sure also to read testimonials from other independent sources. A good online store should have a solid online presence.

Yeap, I agree too. I think you should always do a quick google search on the website before buying. I also always check that the credit card payment system is secured, paypal is always good.

was scam once online shopping lucky $50+ cause the deal site alot more ppl bought holiday trips which cost more. We also LL cause the company so called declare bankrupt the next company take over dun want to bother about it too.

Cheaters and Scam Company Voxxus Marketing

Yes, I agreed with the previous buyer quoted that Voxxus Marketing is definitely a DISHONEST merchant... My mistake is that I didnt do a clear screening before buying online on the merchant selling the products. Bought a BURBERRY wallet from deal.com website that costed $180 over and is stated clearly that delivery will commence on 10 May 2014 and allow 14 days for delivery. Sent them an email on 17 May to enquire when the item will be sent and the replied it will be sent next week. Waited another week still didn't receive. Send them another email and requested them to provide me with the track no. Guess what?? Upon tracking online the item have already been sent on 25April (y I email them asking when I will receive and they still say next week?) and from the track record online with track no they provided it stated delivery failure and delivery advice has been issued. I didn't receive the delivery advice and suppose 5 days later SingPost will drop another reminder form in my letterbox to remind me that item hasn't been claim. I didn't receive as well. (SingPost fart up as well) The track record also stated that after 10days the unclaimed item was sent back to the sender. I filed a complaint to SingPost and SingPost replied that item has been sent back to their address. If you check online the address they provided: 10 Anson Road, #10-11 Intl Plaza, Singapore, Singapore 079903 (several companies are registered under the same address and unit no) sound weird right (JJ & E management, voxxus marketing, JusToday and a lot more....) and voxxus marketing (simple_buys) replied they didn't receive back the item which is shown very clearly on the track record (15 May) deliver back to them. After liasing much with them, this simple_buys (voxxus marketing) say they will reorder the wallet for me an estimated arrival will be 20June2014. I agreed to pay the additional $8 for the registered post. I waited very patiently for my item and on 19June 2014 I sent them another email asking whether my wallet has arrived? Guess what?? To my disgustment, they said they have emailed SingPost and received to reply??!!! I was like wtf is happening?? I shooted them another email on 20June2014 and told them not to treat like an idiot and fool waiting for their answers and response. And I can say their response to email is damn slow. our $$ they collect very fast. Products and emails very slow. Indeed very realistic. At the meantime I sent my complaint to deal.com as well.
Within the same day, deal.com (replied me back an email state that they will refund the full amt to my credit card with 3-4 wks) I feel satisfied with deal.com and groupon as both have the 100% guarantee back if customers are not satisfied.
On 21 June 2014, 12.30am I received email an email from that simple_buys guess what their reply? Reply equals to no reply. We have mailed to u on 25April2014 blah blah blah...
My conclusion:
Voxxus marketing Pte Ltd are real cheaters and they still have the same deals on Juztoday website. Best of luck to those who have purchased the items with them...Their new terms and conditions:
Merchant and JuzToday will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this product whether direct or indirect lost.
What is the point of paying to have registered item when they cant assure they item will reach safely to buyer???

while shopping online, do all the necessary checks..normally, i would only buy from reputable merchants / online retailers that has been around for a long time.. like the usual amazon, macy, nordstrom,

Reminder!!! When purchasing online

I have got scammed into believing that the seller was giving me a good price for an iphone 5S. After money was transferred, the seller's phone line went dead and was never contactable. I am so sad, no phone and lost my $$!

Run-of-the mill online scam, transferred deposit for the item, promised to deliver but did not. Scammer then find excuses that another customer refused to pay remaining amount upon delivery and requested for the remaining amt be transferred over before delivery. When cancelled the order and I demanded for the deposit to be refunded, scammer keep giving excuses that boss overseas cannot return money and such. Gave me a pic of someone's NRIC to appear to be genuine but probably some poor sap that got his NRIC copied.

The scammer has other alias out there , so beware if come along to deal with a online transaction with the same info. The HP 93440244 have been flagged by other ppl before for being used as a scam no. (Google it)
