Suggest you stay put and take their renewal bonus. Although there might be some better deals out there, it is not worth the effort to switch again. Only 3 retailers use SP integrated billing, so if you switch to one without, you might have another separate bill to pay.

The discount wise, I personally feel not much of a big difference.

How much is teh renewal bonus and when do they offer it

Should be one month before can change le, they will email you to notify you, then you log into their portal to make the change if you want other plans.

Signed up Geneco with recurring credit card payment last August.

Till date didn't receive any billing details but only summary billing email with no bills, not appearing in the customer portal thus didn't pay.

Geneco give me final payment notice, again with no detailed billing.

Made a online complaint to CASE last week but didn't receive any calls from them.

Anybody can advise wats the next best course of action?

Eh didn't you contact Geneco through FB messenger?

They will typically reply in a few minutes there.

Yes but their answer always the same even calling them, they can't find the bills too and their answer the same "we will escalate the issue" and still receive their final notice stating they will revert back to SP services if not paid up.

Wouldn't this be the breach of agreement?

Holy cow .... can't find the bills that they have generated in the first place. I think this one deserves to be in the blacklist. Really quite unthinkable. EMA ..... please take note..

A very strange problem that you have.

Bills not even generated on portal?

Do keep track of your consumption. You still ought to pay what you consumed.

Try contact EMA.

The most puzzling part of all, in their final notice there is a figure of $2XX.XX, this figure came from nowhere when I question them to justify the figure via bills which they do not have.

Anyhow put $ sum in final notice just to make consumer swallow?

I will enquire EMA of this issue since CASE no reply/call..
