Siao liao, my geneco bill came and there is no deduction on the credit card. Seems like i wont be able to get cc rebates. My bill is still negative for the 3rd month. Geneco rebates fully utilised.

I'm looking for a 6 months contract. Checked Geneco "Give Us A Try" plan at 17.68¢ and it seems to be the cheapest without any additional charges.

Any idea why their longer term contract like "Get It Fixed 24" at 17.98¢ is more expensive? I thought a longer contract will be cheaper than one with shorter contract?

Short term must entice you so they are giving a cheaper rate.

Long term wise, Geneco expects rates to be higher.

You didn't charge to Amex?

For those with Amex, they would have exhausted the CC rebates.

I signed up when they had the standard chartered promo. Now they exhausted my geneco rebates. Still got credit balance. I cancelled recurring credit card payment. Switched to grabpay instead.

6 months plan are not entitled to the promotional rebates. So probably they can give u a lower price for u to try and hopefully u continue with them after 6 months. :)

My first bill is deducted from OCBC credit card while 2nd bill onwards deducted from Geneco rebates. When I called up to inquire, I was told this is the practice for credit card so that it can meet the credit card dateline for first bill deduction.

Hmm, why yours different? Different bank cards, different practice?

Well, let's not jump to conclusion too fast. I signed up in Mar and my first bill payment is in May. I thought it is quite thoughtful of them to deduct the first bill through credit card since there is a dateline for first bill deduction in order to be entitled for the credit card rebate.

I am serious! I wrote in to request they charge to my credit card since they did not do it for my first bill in June, they replied they cannot suppress it, must follow ocbc cc rules. Confirm they got double standards or change their game plan!

They change their game plan, no more offset against cc bill first so OCBC is forced to give u the rebate. If u cannot use up the geneco rebate, too bad, no OCBC rebate for u! U have been "con". It was within my calculation, so I was not really "conned" but upset over their double standards in handling this part of the rebate, for the same bank and for different banks!

Already mentioned so many times in March.

It was recommended to charge Geneco bill to Amex CC as it has the most relax T&C.

For those who applied new Amex CC, they can can easily earn up to $200 worth of rebates and vouchers.

I find Sembcorp NDP19 promo attractive. Better still try their EVERYDAY promo when u sign up posb everyday card u get $120 cash back. With referal code u get additional $25 rebate. Can try my referal code 84W8AGM4 if u need one
