I signed with Tuas Power, It*********s been 6 mths and still feeling great for the savings.
Just want to share, hope this helps and end up your misery on thinking which one to choose. Don*********t fall with the lowest price offered. Same like you, I have gone around on researching and reading reviews from other ppl. Finally, I have decided to switch to Tuas Power. Reasons:
1. No hidden charges. No additional carbon tax and transmission loss fee. All inclusive 17.98$
2. No change on billing, GIRO payment as same billing with SP Services.
3. No security deposit required.
4. Fuss free online application:
- Go to Tuas Power Website and click on sign up now if you ready
- key in Campaign/referral code RCC4EFD, select your plan and click submit
You can WhatsApp you IC and recent SP billing. And that's all it , and I got confirmation within 30 mins
Sign up with referral code, and get more Bill rebates.
Unlike other carrier, rebates balance can be used to offset next billing.
5. Tuas Power offers almost same package with OHM except that for TP u will earn NTUC linkpoints for every 8Kwh
6. Plus plus plus 1% rebate on bill if you are paying with POSB Everyday MasterCard.
Take note this is no joke. We have accumulated big $$$$$$ so far and enjoy more AC esp on recent hot weather.![]()
Will I have an AMI if I stay in a new area?
I believe I've a digital meter (not sure whether AMI or not). Is it good to have this AMI?

No good. They temper with the meter readings, no way you can find out. Maybe already set it to times 1.2x your usual consumption level. How would you know without the traditional meter readout? Just a black box nia. Unless you've got an instrument to calibrate it on the spot.
Even if the meter is accurate, the numbers could be bumped up later on the computers processing the data. You'll never know when there's a fraud or error, discrepancies.
For those with ami meters, do you check your consumption via the sp app vs what the retailer bill you? Do they ever tally ? Lol
Can you trust an organization that has been overcharging you by 30% more, over several decades without making even an apology & appropriate restitution?? Lol ..... fake news indeed.

What is best deal now ohm expiring soon?
From handphone to chicken rice and to SP.
You really have trust issues.

You feel so insecure. Better stop it.
Suggest you stay put and take their renewal bonus. Although there might be some better deals out there, it is not worth the effort to switch again. Only 3 retailers use SP integrated billing, so if you switch to one without, you might have another separate bill to pay.
The discount wise, I personally feel not much of a big difference.
