Those that have both N3 & fold 5, How's the user experience so far as compare to fold 5?.
Had fold 2/3/4/5

Colour OS has its quirks and there are things that I miss from the samsungs, but as a book foldable, overall experience would prefer N3.

Been hesitant to get the N3, as it able to unfold till a certain angle before it snap open & not fully flat, compare to the software. samsung is still much better. Other then the 3 I've point out, the rest seems of the stuff to be better as compare to fold 5

Got one Z fold 5 512GB....

Bought it 2 week ago , willing to trade for OPPO find N3, top up from my side. :ROFLMAO:
I have zf5. The moment I went to shop test phone, I'm sold.
Lightweight, bigger exterior screen, most apps can multi split screen, bigger battery, charge faster, camera haven't try but I trust Hasselbard and most importantly, hardly notice crease.

If you are talking about the ecosystem as a whole, then yes, OneUI is overall a more polished software. If you asked me if it is a Samsung S23 Ultra vs any other Oppo/Xiaomi/Vivo slab phones I will take the S23 Ultra.

But this is about the folding experience, and the open canvass + resent files option is a huge upgrade in terms of experience over how Samsung implements multi-tasking for the fold 5. This upgrade in experience alone makes me willing to overlook some of the UI customisation options that One UI offers.

And honestly, what's the thing about "fully flat"? I don't get you people, nor the reviewers who mentions it. In the grand scheme of things, does it even matter? Unless you use some omega bulky case like the Araee 360 protection case for the fold 5 which makes it flat on the table when opened, it doesn't matter. Without a case to even up the camera bump, if you place your foldable on the table it will wobble.

Why would anyone really care if it opens at 178 degree like the Pixel Fold? Arguably lack of wireless charging might be a deal breaker for some and I can fully understand it. Arguing that any foldable opens at 178 or 179 degrees is a major reason NOT buying it is just..............

Anyways. Not my money, I respect the money owner's decision :flash:

(Edit: I don't even know if any of my past Samsung foldables (fold/flip) and other brands folding phones that I owned opens 180 or not. I don't even know this is a thing until this year's review on Pixel Fold).

Just think of the crease is flat at the middle compared to zf5 which got a "ditch", then it's unfold 180°?
Will the N3 be like other Chinese foldables where the crease becomes worse over time? I saw honor v2 after a month, the crease looks much worse compared to new with the centre portion all wavy and uneven. Z fold crease remains constant over time.

You are asking a question that no one knows how to answer because no one has use it for a month.

Oppo did TÜV Rheinland "Reliable Folding" test if it helps.

Anybody from N2?
How’s the crease when newly bought and after using for months?
