I dont know how to sync steps with Health 365. But Oppo phone with Samsung Watch is possible, I am using it right now, the steps is showing on my Samsung Watch but I never care, I use for Samsung pay and notification only.

Didn't take ultrawide...FWIW I have updated to the latest firmware that rolled out today. The changelog stated there are some improvements to the noise level in UW shot...but never try.
