Most likely have some minimum requirements to unlock but

For those who want to try their luck on shopee -

Just check back every few hours

Don't pull the trigger until you get the amount you want

So far I managed to roll 50, 75, 100, 150, 250

Instead of checking voucher page

You need to directly enter into the product page

The vouchers will be triggered and unlocked from there and it is valid for 60 mins

After that enter your own shopping cart, check tick on the products you want and then select the correct unlocked voucher from your shopping cart

Take note, once you unlock the RNG 60 mins voucher you should be able to use it for most of the items in ur shopping cart

It doesn't necessarily mean you need to use it on the specific product that you initially entered to unlock the voucher

The top of the app got 3 dots..each u tap and select expand... U can have almost full size app then tap between 3 apps easily..
