Hi, can try on android auto and Google map?

Short review of the phone.
One of the last of it's kind Still generous to give you a charger out of the box where most already make the package slimmer, only comes with cable. Yes. Most if not all, (Xiaomi, One Plus, Samsung, apple).
Anyway, overall look and feel for OFX8U, to me is very Iphone. Total doesn't feel like family of compare with my old Oppo Find X6 Pro. Not a good or bad thing, just that is different.
FYI, as I got the Black color, the free cover is so much better than the transparent TPU (if you opt for white or pink). At least, this black cover is rubber matte feel and doesn't feel cheapo.
Another thing is the flat screen. It been ages since I had a flat screen phone and this make me realize how much I love flat screen.
Coming from Oppo Find X6 Pro, this upgrade to me is.
> Better battery
> Better camera, day shot and night shot. (Not that OFX6P is bad)
> Newer processor.
> Action button, camera button.
Let me play with it for some more time to give another deeper review.

Most app, no issues.
Android Auto, I think can work. This is the interface. But yet to try.

I see icon notifications on the AOD screen !
and in colour too

this was not existent on fx6p and fx7u
now on fx8u its finally showing ....good good

hows the "dynamic island" ? can more apps use it now? e.g Grab? i think only 3rd party app that can use it is spotify.

I seriously never use much of their dynamic island. Good to have. Just that, the app will be there for easier retrieve...

So far no issues, have yet to try Singpass, will do it tonight but should be fine as x6 pro had no issues with it.

Trying to figure out of there is anything particularly key missing apart from eSIM or Google location history. Otherwise sounds like there should be workarounds for other things if need be
