I had a manning in March(2 weeks) and then in later Sep another 2 weeks

How many mannings can I have in a year or work year? based on the number or the duration?

manning periods are usually 2 weeks. there is only 1 manning period for each brigade in each work year (1 Apr to 31 Mar). so basically your 2 mannings in march and sep are different work years even though they are in the same year lor.

Quite a smooth activation today. Faster come, faster go. Survey was the bottleneck in the entire process.

It was divided into several stations, 1) Inpro 2) field pack inspection 3) technical handling 4) survey 5) outpro.

We did everything OTOT, so the faster you finish and move through the stations, the faster you get to go off. I took less than hour from inpro to outpro. Most of it was waiting for my section mates whom i came with.

Cant imagine if we were to have to take surprise ippt during manning though. That'd be ridiculous.

I won't be surprise if there are people who just scan their IC and left without going thru the station........

They issued different colored stickers to stick onto our 11b/ic/driving license after each station. RP at the gate will check that all stickers have been collected before you exit.

Only way to game the system is if you knew the type of stickers they were going to use and purchased them before inpro so that you can immediately stick all the required stickers on your ID card after scanning in. :s13:
