Yes, in present time she was married to someone else; whom she readily broke up with after she quit her present-day job.

I will say the ending is bitter-sweet: she got a chance to attend Andy Lau's concert; & she met the one that she wanted to be with.

Not married.
She wasn't wearing a wedding band at the beginning of the show, it was a diamond proposal ring. She just said yes, and her suddenly that day after she spent the night recollecting her past, told her bf she wanna breakup.
