Not as impressive as I would expect, showing how difficult it is to exit in the resale/ subsale

buy 16xx, sell 18xx
Buy 17xx, sell 20xx

However. ... the ceiling of 2100 psf is difficult to break...

Since their launch, I always regard Parc Esta, Jadescape and Stirling Residences as the 3 representative projects of the 2018~2020 era.

All high profile mega estates located distinctively at Eastern, Northern & Western fringes of RCR.

Their resale price after TOP will be a significant signpost of property price in 2022/2023.

i agree, of the 3, I think jadescape will perform the best

I agreed that they are not. And that’s why they are the representative.

The new launch with maximum gain is an outlier.
