Not that I know of, the action is all at Paya Lebar quarter there. PLQ mall preview opening on 30 Aug, this Friday.

Yea, this project was exceptionally fast.
On paper TOP on Dec 2020, but most likely by this year will TOP.
All scaffolding are removed and seems like waiting for TOP approval.

I bypass the area yesterday night too. The mall facade looks aesthetically v chio, I realize there are still some small empty plots of land nearby that area, not sure what it would turn into.

PLQ mall is pretty huge, just been there.

Same here, just went there for dinner.
Very sizeable mall which has all the bridges leading to PPR and the 3 grade A office.
The last I heard was over 90% occupancy for the 3 grade A office.

Whoever buy park place residences standby everyday sunday their whole area flooded with maids and their bangala boyfriends.

Then Scotts Sq- given its proximity to lucky plaza will face this issue?
I think that area has undergone transformation, spoke w a friend who studied and frequent that area, he too felt that payalebar had changed a lot.

Used to see them gathered around Paya Lebar mrt area on Sunday, but recently when I’m there on Sunday, and due to the opening of 3 grade A offices and PLQ mall, there seems to be much lesser of them. I see more and more amdk entering the office towers going virgin active gym instead.

Guess they are not allowed to gather there anymore after the opening of offices.

Some prices were raised for some stacks since 1 July alr. And that info of someone buying 16 units seems accurate, and on top of that I was told sales ytd was good.

I was also hoping price cut (honestly) in many other projects too like Artra and Stirling, end up price went up, Atra going TOP the prices are significantly higher, for Stirling the centre stack was really priced at a premium. I have only myself to blame haha!

Was he referring to the interior or the building? If it was interior, I guess those who gone to the showflat would understand why, it’s project is very well done, aesthetically and functionally.

But if it was construction wise, the last I pass by on Monday, it was still building in progress.

Anyway, the project selling point is that it is supposed to be a luxury hotel resort. Shall see.
