Official TOP is Dec 2022. To TOP by Dec 2021 is already quite early. But who knows? Maybe TOP earlier than Dec 2021 can be done.

MCL website says it’s estimated TOP is Dec 2021, 1 year early than Q4 2022 official TOP date.

I counted 9 tower cranes working on site last week. Average 1 crane per block. MCL seems determined to make Dec 2021 happen.

Hi went up the HDB beside Parc Esta to check out the wind. Notice the wind does not seem to be from the South facing Changi Road. It seems to be from the East instead. Anyone can advise? Thought South or southeast facing is the most windy?

Same observation. But I think the windy direction changes in diff Seasons, so it may not be an issue. Did you get a unit facing Changi Road?

It should be the season for South/south east wind direction for these few months till December but was puzzled why no wind from the south. Thought people always advise to buy north or south direction facing units instead of east cos of morning sun?

Weather.gov.sg shows today’s wind direction is SE. But wind direction it affected by the layout of the building. The HDB layout may have blocked the SE wind, I guess.

Yesterday (Sunday) sold another 4 units.
All big units, like 3/4/5 bedders.
4 bedder showflat was reopened after the renovation, impressive layout and design for a 1227 sqft 4 bedder, you won’t feel claustrophobic at all imo.

With the launch of Antares and upcoming Urban treasures & Sims Drive pretty sure Parc Esta will move more units

Antares and urban treasure will help Parc esta to move more units. Reccee both locations, pale in comparison compared to PE.

Paya Lebar is too near geylang which is not so ideal. Park place residence is overseeing the long stretch of geylang. Btw, how does ur friend know abt the HDB coming up in Paya Lebar?
