PE started sales in Nov 2018.

Did a check on URA on caveat lodged, data is right. Just that it should be 627 units instead of 620 perhaps.

Between Nov2018-Dec2018: 383 units sold
Between Jan2019-Dec2019: 627 units sold
For 1-17 Jan 2020: 29 units sold

The corporate world out there is not a bed of roses, stop talking like after ur grad life there’s a 8k pay waiting for u, even if there is, I really don’t know w ur EQ and “humility” how long would u last before u clash w ur boss

Hi! I think there are none or very few 2+1 bedders left. Maintenance fees should be less than or around $190 (3 bedder). Hope this helps!

Thanks, I just got the info.
My fren was keen on 2+1 and right now only 3 units left, either bad facing/Low floor/ high price.

He probably look at other unit type in PE or other projects.

There might be a slight increase in price as compared to launch price.

There’s some returned unit that got resold. Developer increased the price of it.
