Won't visionaire be a better choice?

Just visited parclife showflat this morning, currently buyers are given 2 choices

1) $2300 worth of farser centerpoint vouchers or
2) $2300 worth of the assa abloy interlligent home package.

the agent that serve me showed me how the intelligent home work. can control the lights, aircon, etc.. and the best thing is there is no subscription fee needed. everything is control from the hp. seems cool to me.

My kids like the park that is link to the development side gate. anyone bought already?

U might wana sit at the park at night. The park users are not really desirables.

well why not? Since living just next to a park. Just make use of it.

Cos my parents stay just a few blocks away from the park. So the kids often went there to play during the weekends.

My wife do not like visionaries cos she finds that the unit are too close to the opposite units and she also do not really like the whole development layout.

It's individual preference bah. I would like to swim in privacy, not in full view of park users. Relax at e pool facing e trees and my own estate, not 10 storeys of industrial building. Every thing wld be diff if they build e swimming pool at least 1 storey higher. Currently its only max 1.8m from park level

And the good thing is, it might be another northstar at serangoon area with furniture shops and childcare centre which sounds great to me.

good that you like the design and be surrounded by industrial if only im like u then I wld have bought parc life. prefers its layout.

Pros and cons .. but it's no more than a tiny gamble if it doesn't affect you.

Northwave layout really cmi. Weird corners for the premium units. Think it's gonna fare worse than Parc life

The fan/wave shape might be their defining feature, definitely more significant than their proposed badminton court! For me, it's the location that is going to be the problem.

Yep initially i was worried. Then i saw there are even rooftop gardens and swimming pool! So it is definitely the atas kind. Plus it means more good food cos might hv canteen etc there.

I just stay opposite the park.

Thanks for all the info provided my friends.so far between the ones that we shortlisted- Parclife seems to be the only one after many considerations-the layouts/proximity to S plaza/mrt/proven developer, and most importantly the price.

If price is the main factor then think Parc life facing e industrial is def e cheapest.

Its oso rather near mrt. Ard same distance to mrt as the vales? But not much facilities and surrounding amenities

Is about 6 min walk to sembawang shopping centre with shopping centre next to it
