I went to the actual site. A slow walk from the entrance of parclife to the entrance of sun plaza (breadtalk taxi stand) took me around 6mins only.. add 1 more min to mrt ba...

Hi guys, looking for some opinion, i'm looking at units in block 37 and 41 facing the Sembawang ave and gambas ave, are those roads noisy/high traffic?

And also as for the future wondering if the NS corridor road will create a lot of noise or the plot of land behind marked for utility usage in the masterplan will be a concern?

i dont think the road noise will be any issue, there's not many cars traveling on that road.

as for the greenery i doubt they will build anything in the near future, further more there is a camp next to gambas, they wont build any high rise due to security reason.

1 more question, is the generator at the back a concern in terms of noise? Still alot of units left in that whole block 41.
Seems like the tennis court and generator combo is putting ppl off selecting units in that block?

i think you can try going near to Sky park generator, dont think its much issue with the noise, the tennis court hardly anyone use....
