Are you referring to the one near bus stop with Parc Life signage? Or is the fence in front of swimming pool/ park up already? Got pic to share?

I mean the side facing the industrial building and Sembawang road. Basically fence at all sides...

Invisible grills should be fine. Can always check during key collection.
Now haven’t received any letter so I guess TOP might be late Q1 or early Q2. Hope it’s before gst hike

i think nobody say anything, they wasnt going to do anything about it, actually in the scale model, the chicken nets fence already shown, myself didnt really realize it until they took off the board.
Anyway if most of the Fraser EC like Twin water falls, twin fountain had this chicken net fence, seem like this is one of Fraser Trade marks LoL.

Wire fence is very common. I see many condo going for wire fence nowadays. Its doesnt requires repainting which adds to the maintenance cost. Most important is the interior quality of your condo unit

I think is not important for someone staying in the condo, as the facilities, finishes and quality is more important. For someone looking to buy or visiting, unfortunately it may give a negative feel because that the first thing u see. A aesthetically nice condo does add value to its valuation. It is also not true tat wire fence require less maintenance cost because it is susceptible to corrosion or rust, and more easily damaged due to force. On the other hand for walls, Condo don't really repaint it anyway, looks old overtime.

Mainly it’s the balcony I think. For rooms, the grille is inside so won’t affect the outlook and exterior design. For horizontal ones, you need a pole at the corner of the balcony, so it will look different from those without. But if you install blinds, you may need similar pole for support depending on the type of blinds.

Of course, it’s still best to check with developer

actually i quite like our Parc life design of our Balcony we are not placed too close together not like other residences, this give us some sense of privacy

Exactly , that was one of the reasons we chose PL...there are walls separating balconies of next unit. Unlike other developments nowadays where you can literally talk to your neighbours living on the left/right, upstairs and downstairs..eg Clover by the Park at Bishan

Yes, the wall can be used for storage. For Brownstone, it's designed in a way that the balconies are for alternative floors. So to install invisible grille, you have to go all to the 2 levels up or need to install additional frame which makes it look a bit awkward.

Agent said no problem but it’s not from developer so I still have doubts. Anyway, with Parc life, it’s more straightforward

Previously i did consider PL Verandah 3+U but did not go for it back in Aug this year as I saw there was only a unit left (from what i remember). I'm looking at it again now and an agent told me there are some units available...just wondering if there was any price increase since then and any expected increase in 2018.

Wondering if i should consider buying as waiting a BTO is hell long... got an appt to book Bidadari (Bartley) next month but thinking the flat will only be ready in 2023 puts me off. IF get PL, by that time almost 5 years liao....

What you guys think?

Same issue as you. Thinking of getting EC because very sianz over the long waiting time for bto to complete.
