i also dunno why... ma chiam signature at yishun but can understand bcos yishun? sembawang should be fine. or the showroom design not nice?

Actually, Parc life is nearer to mrt and its price psf is lower than Northwave, Criterion or Signature. It is really a good buy by comparison.

The reasons why it is selling slow:
1) Launched at a time when there were a lot of EC
2) Does not give an atas feel. Give a more vibrant and resort/park feel which I feel is quite unique.
3) Fewer Agency is marketing as they only allowed Huttons to market officially for them.

Parc life does not offer carpark spaces at its current show units (Still under construction). Still a good bargain at current price.

Developers are obviously confident that Parc life will sell out.

Left only around 100 units ma... i guess either sold out in 3 months time or left all 2nd level units by that time... i heard signature at yishun raise price now when they still have 100units and already TOP some time ago... 1 of the slowest moving ec project...

Hello.. can anyone tell me where can I get information on the various ceiling height for veranda 3+U. I think I saw it in the sale brochure before but I left mine in the show unit. Any kind soul can PM me a photo of it?

majority of the leftovers are 3 bed rooms and currently still have pretty decent units on the high floors.

I remember need pay 6 months maintenance fee then can collect keys. Usually collect every 3 months.

You need to pay the 6mths maintenance fee before they allow u to collect key. Must be some champion in the past who dun want to pay MCST when u hardly use the facilities before yr house is ready
