how's the defect being cleared on the owners side?
Before get keys need to pay 6 month maintenance fee
My 4th and last defect on laminate flooring was rectified as promised.
Be careful of water on the laminate flooring. Need to wipe off quickly or else the laminate will be damaged. Think the laminate used is not that durable as some in the market though vinyl might be more water resistant. Vinyl has its own concern as well due to some chemical contents.
I don’t intend to change flooring now as they are still new and it can be a huge cost and time consuming thing to do now
If developer send me top letter in june, and 6 months start in june ?
Haha. Did u join the group chat where we want to appeal to change flooring at a cost ?
How to join the group chat?

It’s 6 months maintenance fees in advance, survey fees of $100+ and loan or balance payment. You must clear these 3 before you are allowed to

Not sure what’s the link from my message to yours
Anyway, launch day prices were the lowest at $713 psf and $875 psf at the highest. At a stated 5% discount rate. The discount was reduced progressively over the 2 years. Now it has adjusted to current market situation.
I won’t say if it’s fair or not. Can only say those who bet that the prices will go down for the past 2 years have missed out. And for those who continue to believe in that, I hope you will be right one day. At least my kids will have a shot in future.
i also kena this.... there's one more guy also kena this... haiz.... Fraser arh Fraser... are you bcomeing like a China Developer? So far all cleared. Water heater control panel not able to power on but want to carry on with renovation, so probably after renovation then check and confirm again

All I can said is over price and location wise is not worth the price. Just because of demand and supply increase by 10 over % smart investor would rather go for private.

Sometimes it's wise to check the price first......Private ~$1300psf, EC ~$800psf.
If you compare a similar 1000sqft unit, private is close to $1.3million vs $800k for EC. Half a million dollar extra is not a small sum.
