Think many ppl were waiting for e price of PL. Once realized that its more ex or its not cheaper, they rather go book Visionaire since location is better.
PL surrounding really not so ideal

I think PL has its merits too. But when compared to other choices available, it made other developments appear better.
It's easier to predict the unpopular ones - those facing the West Sun. The view of the park probably isn't enough to convince buyers to ignore the impact of the sun despite the screens.

so which stack that you bought? do you have any idea which one that is more popular? or to be precised the left over units balance? hahahaha maybe take a snapshot and share it here..
initially I am quite interested with this project, however, the price given for that kind of location take a set back for me.. if only the price is cheaper..

Price alr cheap as compared to brownstone or visionaire IMO. Cos mine is low 700 psf while for visionaire and brownstone, the same unti will be 800psf.
Do u mind yo share which stack or unit u got? didnt know it will go so low as 700

Cheapest stack for low 700plus psf is stack 30
more worthwhile n bigger than that at visionaire. Downside: facing b1 light industrial building but atas one... even gt swimming pool n garden for the workers. Separated by gambas ave.

Thanks. For me, i wanna get bigger space for the best bucks. Wandervale even bigger but mosque turns ppl off.
Its important to choose the correct unit as I am planning to reno till nice nice and stay.

Haha if you are there to stay, choose nice layout, fun amenities and big space. If investment, then prolly factor in other variables.
For me, staying too! Investment is a bonus.
ID is waste of money unless u rich(i assume less than 14k)? lol
U can go ikea, magazines, more showflat, online to get tips and ideas.
It might save u a bomb.
Can throw at someone u dont like!!
I dont have the luck or life that you guys deserve. My wife and i only plan to get this EC becos her parents can stay with us and rent out their condo.
I thought i can give in to stay with parents sacrificing my own time / space but till now, i am not sure if i can do that for 5-10 years time.
No luck at HDB too. FML
